Community Rules

We’re here to help make your local community stronger, healthier and happier. And because we want everyone to work with us in the same positive spirit, we’ve put together a short set of ‘community rules’ which we would ask you to adhere to:

  • You are wholly responsible for any content you post, this also includes any content that you choose to share
  • We will remove, in whole or in part, any posts which we feel are inappropriate
  • And we will also remove any member/user whose posts we believe are:
    • Abusive, derogatory, provocative and/ or obscene
    • Graphic, sensitive or offensive imagery

    • Deceptive or misleading

    • A violation of any intellectual property rights, law and/or regulation.

Social media on Grapevine Local should mean just that – posting should be a positive and sociable activity between trusted local businesses, their customers and their family and friends.

Getting back to you

We’ll do our very best to respond to your enquiry within two working days, but in most cases it will be within a few hours.

Our working hours are 9.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday. We’ll deal with enquiries sent outside of this time as soon as possible when we’re back in the office.

We reserve the right to modify or change these conditions at any time.
